HISTORY OF GOSHEN – GOD WITH US MINISTRY

Goshen was born out of a divine vision through God With Us Ministry in the year 2011, beginning with a humble prayer group. What started as a small gathering of believers seeking the face of God soon grew into a mission driven by compassion, purpose, and a deep burden for humanity. As we continued in prayer and fellowship, the Lord opened our eyes to the great suffering among children, women, and the needy in our communities. We witnessed pain, lack, and hopelessness, and God stirred our hearts not just to see, but to act.

With obedience to His calling, we stepped out to show love, care, and support to those in need, becoming a vessel of His grace. The ministry was founded by Apostle Daniel Wanyonyi, alongside his wife, Pastor Esther Simiyu, who have faithfully led for the past 15 years with dedication, sacrifice, and a passion to serve God and His people.

A significant turning point came when we connected with the servants of God, Amanda Berry and Takenya Chiamaka from the USA. This divine connection was not by chance. It was indeed the hand of God at work, aligning destinies and strengthening the vision. Through this partnership, the ministry experienced growth, encouragement, and expansion in its mission.

Today, Goshen stands as a testimony of God’s faithfulness—a place of refuge, restoration, and hope. The beginnings within a simple prayer group have become a movement impacting lives, raising leaders, and extending God’s love to the broken and forgotten.
